« Hôtel très confortable et très calme. Son personnel est très serviable et attentif. Equipé d'une salle de sport et d'une piscine. »

« Nice lobby and eating area with plenty of room. Staff very friendly »

« Didn't care for the breakfast. Didn't really like the coffee and some of it was cold. But the counters and the eating area was very clean. »

« Such a pretty lake and was able to see it from our back porch. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. »

« Other than the nice employees this facility was deplorable. The lobby has no heat or air. The ice machine, pool and hot tub are inop. Because the kitchen apparently was shut down the breakfast consists of juice, coffee and prepackaged pastries only. The room is almost adequate if looking for a bed and shower. We might give it a 1 out of 10 but The Days Inn of Kirksville is definitely on our list of places to never stay at again. »

« Room was clean but dated (dark paneling with former screw holes) bed sheet had a stain. Cable box was inoperative, desk person promptly exchanged it with the room next door. Older building, but it was only $68 for 1 adult, no pet »

« The first room we got had not been cleaned and appeared to have a guest inside it. So we went to the office. They immediately gave us another room. The room was clean. But old and the electrical outlets were not grounded. Good enough for one night passing thru. We had pets. I wouldn’t really recommend this place. Even if you’re cheap like me. Shower was ok. No coffee in the lobby. But the owner was friendly. I read other reviews and decided to take the chance. Skip this spot. Lots of long term...

« Great place to spend time with friends. The living room seating arrangement was perfect for catching up. Very clean and linens were nice. The only down side to the property was a lot of light from outside lights came in through doors and windows. So if you need a dark room for sleeping, bring eye masks! Mexican restaurant next door was very good. »

« This guest house was such a cute and comfortable space for our visit to Kirksville. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to do a load of laundry which was great. It’s a very short walk to Truman’s campus and walkable to the square, but still felt very tucked away and private. The hosts were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed! »

« This is our second time at the Blue Cottage and we will be returning again in a week or so. This is a gem in the city of Kirksville. So glad we found this place. »

« Great place very quiet and secluded. »

« This is a very clean, family friendly lodge with all you can want for a family gathering. the kitchen is very well stocked with cooking pans, dishes and cleaning supplies. It has two refrigerators which is great for keeping beverages cool in summer. Extra spacious for rainy days in the huge rec room with pool table! Thank you Gerald for making this an enjoyable stay for our family! »

« How was clean and everything needed to keep it that way was provided. Would definitely stay again if available when we need it. »

« Clean house with character! Pictures. Don't quite do it justice. Very cute and comfy! Highly recommend! »

« Quiet and very well kept. »
